Overnight Cocoa Oats

Ingredients:

40g   old fashioned oats
5g     unsweetened cocoa
8g     brown sugar
9g     chia seeds
10g   unsweetened coconut flakes
200 ml   milk of choice (I use whole cows milk)

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (or any jar with a leak proof lid).  Shake until combined and then leave in the fridge overnight (or 4 hours minimum).

You can adjust the sweetness to your taste.  You can use other sweeteners.  Brown sugar combines relatively easy and is one that we tend to have around, along with being really tasty in this recipe.
